For this particular venture, KIER Group engagedOrange Fire Protection Group to deliver a fire suppression solution for a £60m state-of-the-art mental health hospital inBexhill-on-Sea. This landmark project aims to create a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff.
Challenge
The initial project specifications required a high-pressure water mist system. However, Orange Fire Protection Group facedchallenges in meeting the project’s unique requirements, including the need for a deluge system in certain parts of thehospital.
